Adrianna is a native Austinite and has spent the past 12 years in the Austin culinary scene in Austin’s best and noteworthy hotels and restaurants such as the Westin, Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, Launderette, Bess Bistro and Waltons Fancy & Staple and Rachel Rays SXSW Feedback Parties as a Pastry Chef or Culinary Chef.
Although her journey is uniquely her own, her recent desire to become Vegan fueled her passion to open an ALL Vegan and ALL Gluten Free Dessert Catering Company and The Powder Sugar Room was born in 2017.
She enjoys the chemistry and science that are used in creating delicious desserts that are designed specifically without the use of animal products, that also tastes as good as they look. So much so, that if no one mentioned it, you wouldn’t be able to tell.
Adrianna is Vegan and allergic to Wheat. She is a Marine Corps Veteran, a wife and proud mom of four children. She has a Culinary & Hospitality degree from Le Cordon Bleu but is a self taught baker and pastry artist. However when time allows her she takes professional courses all over the world to enhance her skill set and knowledge.

I know I can not be everyones ideal baker, but I am the perfect baker for those who are allergic to wheat, diary, eggs and those looking to save our planet by not eating animal products or those who have unique diet restrictions. I am passionate about what I do and I think my clients love that about me and my work and I look forward to sharing my work with all those who have an open mind.”
